International transportation rules

The international transportation industry has a common law and some countries require respecting to these generally and particular laws that these rules are more than 60 conventions, agreements and protocols that in this article we have discussed the most important ones:
The customs rules:
It is the country's customs laws that should be run within the country.
International Commercial Terms (Incoterms)
It is the set of rules that used in Chamber of Commerce for the interpretation of trade terms.
TIR Convention
A set of international rules (between countries) refers to the member countries of the convention on the border vehicles that are not inspected unless in the suspicious cases.


CMR Convention
Refers to a set of rules responsible for monitoring the relationship between the carrier, the transmitter and receiver.
Convention of dangerous goods (ADR)
Refers to a set of transport rules for the integration and harmonization of transport dangerous goods used in Europe continental.
Transit Trade Agreement, Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO)

A set of transit trade rules between the ECO members eight countries.
Harter’s Law
It is a set of maritime rules that are used to prevent abuse ship owners and sea carriers.
The Hague Convention or the Heik
Refers to the set of rules for integrating worldwide maritime laws.
The Hague Convention Visby
Refers to amendments to those Hague laws that the ships used to transport container.
Hamburg Convention
Refers to amended Hague rules - Visby.
York Convention Antwerp
Refers to the laws in emergency moments and based on ship's captain discretion and consider, falling some of the goods into the sea to saving the other ship goods.
Convention on Country International Aviation (Chicago)
There are laws in the countries which every convention member countries, to recognize total and absolute sovereignty over the airspace of its member countries.
Convention (Warsaw)
Refers to a set of laws that used in unified rules for air transportation.
Tokyo Convention
Refers to the rules about airplane and committed acts in airplane.
International conventions CIM
Refers to the laws relating to the transport of goods by rail.

Rules and regulations for the transportation of dangerous material
Council of Ministers in Iran on 12.27.1380 (2002/03/18) adopted 45 rules that a subject with its relevant attachments for road transportation is derived from global ADR Agreement.
The five main rules are as follows:
1- Identification and classification of goods.
2 - Safety Signs and Labels.
3 - The duties and responsibilities of individuals and affected entities (ship owner, consignor, personnel of administrative units associated with the transportation of goods and ...)
4 - Documents for transportation of dangerous goods.
5 - Guide for urgent actions for critical and emergency moments.
